Use | 3-iodo-1H-pyrazolo [3,4-B] pyridine is an organic intermediate, which can be obtained by 1H-pyrazolo [3,4-b] pyridine iodide. There are reports that it can be used to prepare compound 3-(2-{[6-(trifluoromethyl) pyridine -3-yl] oxy} pyridine -3-yl) pyrazolo [1,5-a] pyridine. |
preparation | pyrazolo [1,5-a] pyridine (M-5)(300 mg, 2.54 mmol) was dissolved in acetonitrile (5.0 mL), NIS(628 mg, 2.79 mmol) was added, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour. After filtration, the solvent is evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (n-hexane: ethyl acetate) to give the compound 3-iodo-1H-pyrazolo [3,4-B] pyridine as a pale yellow solid (556 mg, 90%). |
